These forms let you set the chart and legend displays independently when you export or print charts. The charts are printed so that they closely match the chart displayed on the monitor, so you can adjust the height and width of the chart by adjusting the window size of the displayed chart. If selected for inclusion, chart legends are displayed underneath the chart area.

Charts can be exported to a variety of graphics formats, including jpeg, gif, and png formats, by opening the chart and selecting the “Export...” menu item from the “File” menu or by pressing control-e ( Windows) or command-e (Mac) key combinations.

Charts can be printed by opening the chart and selecting the “Print...” menu item from the “File” menu or by pressing control-p ( Windows) or command-p (Mac) key combinations.

[Include Legend in Export or Print File] check box: Select this check box to include the legend in the export or print chart.

Chart Size Preferences:

[Export or Print Small-Sized Chart] radio button: Select this button to export or print the smallest-sized chart.

[Export or Print Medium-Sized Chart] radio button: Select this button to export or print the medium-sized chart.

[Export or Print Large-Sized Chart] radio button: Select this button to export or print the large-sized chart.

Legend Preferences:

[Export or Print Small-Sized Legend] radio button: Select this button to export or print the smallest-sized legend.

[Export or Print Medium-Sized Legend] radio button: Select this button to export or print the medium-sized legend.

[Export or Print Large-Sized Legend] radio button: Select this button to export or print the large-sized legend.

Legend Order Preferences:

[Order Legend by Value Score] radio button: Select this button to order the legend by Value Score.

[Order Legend Alphanumerically] radio button: Select this button to order the legend alphanumerically.

Print Selection Preferences:

[Export or Print Only Currently Displayed] radio button: Select this button to export or print only the projects currently displayed in the chart.

[Export or Print The Entire Portfolio] radio button: Select this button to export or print all the projects in the portfolio, not just the ones displayed on the current chart.

Checkboxes:

[Include Legend in Print or Export Chart] checkbox: Select this checkbox to include the legend with the export or print chart.

[Print Border Around Chart] checkbox: Select this checkbox to include a black border around the export or print chart.

Preference Form Buttons:

[Print] or [Export]: Click on this button to continue the print or export process.

[Cancel]: Click on this button to cancel the print or export process.
