    Sorting Projects in Portfolios

    You can sort the entire portfolio by clicking on the headers at the top of each column of the Portfolio Data form to sort by individual columns or you can perform complex sorts of multiple columns simultaneously using the Sort form. Sorting is another useful way of looking at your project data.

    You can sort your projects in ascending or descending order by clicking on the header at the top of any column (except the color/pattern picture column). You can also perform complex sorts of multiple attribute columns by using the Sort form.

    You can open this form by selecting the “Sort…” Menu item under the portfolios menu.
